The Opportunity
We are looking for a Unit Manager to maintain and improve core functions of our client’s facilities. This individual will be help in setting the direction as well as prioritizing and communicating global strategies while surpassing customer expectations. The successful candidate will have previous experience leading international teams or initiatives.
This role is located in Indianapolis, IN. This position will require about 10% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Materials Manager and Leadership experience of a similar scope
- Experience leading international teams or initiatives
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve core functions of the business (inventory control, purchasing, ERP systems, PO release/planning)
- Take part in setting the direction as well as prioritizing and communicating global strategies while surpassing customer expectations
- Provide visionary leadership
Compensation:
- Base: Excellent pay - commensurate with experience
