The Opportunity
We are looking for a Multi-site CI Leader to direct continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for working with all levels of the organization to remove waste and variation from business processes. The successful candidate will have prior experience with a noteworthy Lean Six Sigma program.
This role is located near Akron, OH. This role requires up to 75% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in a noteworthy Lean Six Sigma program
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Direct continuous improvement projects
- Train employees in CI tools and philosophies
- Ensure integration of Lean Six Sigma thinking and understanding into the company
Compensation:
- Base: Excellent pay - commensurate with experience
