The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be responsible for new and existing customers. This individual will identify customer requirements and help to build strategies based on those needs. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in data-communication or telecommunication wire and cable sales experience.
This position is located in Western MA. Some travel will be required for this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business
- 5+ years of experience in data-communication or telecommunication wire/cable sales
- Experience working with/directing rep organizations and pulling a sale through a distribution channel
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing current and future customer base to identify customer requirements
- Research and develop new markets of business based on the company’s abilities and customer needs
- Create, prepare, and conduct presentations, proposals, and/or quotations to customers and prospects based on needs
Compensation
- Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience
