The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operations Project Leader to direct key supply chain projects for our client. This individual will work closely with functional business groups, making sure that efficient and effective solutions are deployed in support of business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have no more than 3 years of experience with a desire to be in a leadership development program.
This role may be located at any of our client’s US manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (must be from a reputable engineering school with at least a 3.0 GPA)
- No more than 3 years of experience and must possess a desire to be in a leadership development program
- Basic knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
Responsibilities
- Direct supply chain projects
- Gather and report necessary KPI metrics on a global basis
- Organize structured training programs to support business transformation
Compensation
- Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience
