The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to develop high speed optical transceivers and related interface boards for computer optical interconnects. This individual will be responsible for specifications, design and development, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will have five to ten years of experience in high speed optical development.
This role is located near San Jose, CA.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Expert knowledge of electronics designs
- Proficient in PCB design and layout
Responsibilities
- Develop products for interconnects solutions
- Produce schematics, layouts, and necessary documents for products as well as evaluation and manufacturing test boards
- Interact with the product team throughout the development process
Compensation
- Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience
